Pay Rate:

$23/hourly Join a fast-paced manufacturing environment and play a key role in supporting office operations, customer communications, and distribution activities. Job Responsibilities Direct incoming calls and inquiries to the appropriate departments Utilize SAP for daily administrative functions Sort and distribute incoming mail, faxes, courier deliveries, and other correspondence Prepare and send samples and product returns Purchase, receive, and replenish office supplies as needed Coordinate maintenance and service scheduling for office equipment Qualifications Secretarial, Administrative, or Business School Certificate preferred Previous administrative, customer service, or office support experience preferred Experience using SAP is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications What We're Looking For Professional and dependable work ethic Strong attention to detail Excellent customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and willingness to support multiple departments Apply Today!
