Job Description

Job Summary Join our team as a Warehouse Lead and become a vital part of our heating and cooling business! In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling inventory, operating heavy equipment, materials delivery and ensuring smooth order fulfillment processes. Your proactive approach will help us maintain a safe, organized, and productive warehouse environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management, materials handling, and heavy equipment operation while contributing to the success of our home services company. Duties Safely operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse Manage warehouse inventory through return processing, order tracking, restock orders, and monthly inventory counts Perform stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping & receiving tasks Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy and availability Assist with materials handling for manufacturing or construction supplies, ensuring proper storage and safety compliance according to OSHA standards Support field staff through staging and restocking efforts Maintain a clean, organized workspace by adhering to safety protocols and mechanical knowledge for heavy equipment operation Make on-site materials deliveries Requirements Proven warehouse experience with familiarity in inventory management systems Valid experience operating forklifts Knowledge of OSHA safety standards related to warehouse operations and materials handling Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic maintenance or troubleshooting on equipment Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, stocking, order picking & packing tasks throughout shifts Prior experience in shipping & receiving, manufacturing environments, or construction sites is a plus Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory control and order accuracy High levels of time management and self-motivation, and a strong work ethic Join us as a Warehouse Associate and be part of a fast-paced environment where your skills drive efficiency! Pay:
$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
