Job Description
WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE
Automation Personnel Services is hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate for a well-established company in Fairhope, AL. This position supports daily warehouse and production operations, including receiving, organizing, and preparing orders for distribution. The ideal candidate is energetic, team-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and safety standards. This is a hot working environment, and candidates must be comfortable working in warm conditions for extended periods. Pay Rate $ 10.50 per hour Schedule and Hours Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 am to 4 : 3 0 pm Warehouse Associate Duties and Responsibilities- Load and unload trucks and containers
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified)
- Sort, organize, and stage inventory
- Perform basic quality checks on products
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow company safety and performance standards Warehouse Associate Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods (Lift assessment will be conducted)
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
