Competitive Pay & Growth Opportunities Trinity, AL Position Summary We're seeking dependable and safety-focused Forklift Operators to join our growing team in Trinity, AL, supporting First Solar operations. This is a fast-paced warehouse environment operating 24/7 Pay & Benefits
Starting Pay:
$19.25/hourNight Shift Differential:
+$1.00/hourWeekend Differential:
+$2.00/hour- Weekly pay
- On-the-job training provided
Schedule Day Shift:
6:00 AM- 6:00
PM Night Shift:
6:00 PM- 6:00 AM
- Rotating schedule including weekends Employees remain on a consistent day or night shift Mandatory holiday coverage when scheduled Job Responsibilities Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment
- Transport, load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
- Perform warehouse tasks and inventory transactions
- Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed Qualifications
- Previous forklift experience required
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and weekends as scheduled
- Basic RF scanner experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment
- Must be able to safely perform physical job duties as required Required PPE Steel-toe shoes or boots. Safety vest provided Successful candidates demonstrate:
