This task includes a variety of activities to include the following: Verifying materials against receiving documents Noting and reporting discrepancies and obvious damage Routing materials to prescribed storage locations Storing, stacking, or palletizing materials in accordance with prescribed storage methods Rearranging and taking inventory of stored materials Replenish pick areas identified by replenishment screens or reporting various requests for needed merchandise Examining stored materials and reporting deterioration and damage Preparing orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area Maintaining quality service by following organizational standards Completing reports by entering required information into the inventory management system Operating a variety of warehouse equipment and vehicles; utilizing a variety of hand tools as required Lifting up to 50lbs Operating a computer to process reports and forms, and maintaining inventory of warehouse materials as required
