Job Description
Shasta Precast is a hardworking, family-owned precast concrete manufacturer serving civil infrastructure projects across Northern California. We build drainage structures, headwalls, and other products that go into highways and public works projects. We take pride in doing solid work — and we expect the same from our crew. We are looking for someone who wants steady, full-time work — not just a short stop between jobs. This is physical, hands-on work in an outdoor production yard. If you show up every day, work hard, and take direction well, there is opportunity to grow. ⸻ Schedule Monday-Friday Typical hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Hours may adjust slightly depending on workload) Weekends off ⸻ What You'll Be Doing Assist with form setup and maintenance Cut, bend, and tie rebar Support crew during concrete pours General yard organization and cleanup Operate basic hand and power tools Step in where needed to keep production moving ⸻ Pay Starting at $19/hour, depending on experience Higher starting pay for proven construction or concrete experience ⸻ Requirements Must be 18+ years old Reliable transportation (no ride issues) Ability to pass background check and drug screening Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly Comfortable working outdoors in all weather Strong attendance and solid work ethic If you are dependable, take pride in your work, and want to be part of a crew building real infrastructure, we'd like to hear from you.
