Job Description
The Plus Group is seeking a dependable Warehouse Worker to support shipping, receiving, inventory, and forklift operations in Antioch. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, accurate computer skills, and experience working safely in a warehouse environment. Responsibilities Warehouse worker receives, unloads, inspects, and verifies incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips. Warehouse Clerk reports shipment discrepancies, shortages, and damaged merchandise. Warehouse Clerk picks, packs, labels, and prepares outgoing orders for accurate, timely shipment. Prepare shipping labels, packing slips, and other shipping documentation. Coordinate pickups and deliveries with carriers. Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload trucks and move materials safely. Organize inventory in designated storage locations. Enter shipping, receiving, and inventory information into computer systems. Perform inventory counts and assist with resolving discrepancies. Complete required forklift inspections and report equipment concerns. Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow warehouse safety procedures. Qualifications Previous warehouse, shipping, and receiving experience preferred. Prior forklift operating experience required. Ability to complete required forklift training and employer authorization before operating equipment. Basic computer proficiency and accurate data entry skills. Ability to read packing slips, shipping labels, and purchase orders. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and dependable attendance. Ability to perform essential warehouse duties, including standing, bending, lifting, and moving materials, with or without reasonable accommodation. Call to
