Key Responsibilities & Core Duties Logistics & Warehouse Operations:

Accept and unload incoming deliveries/freight, inspect shipments, and organize warehouse inventory. Prepare tools, equipment, and orders for contractors and installation technicians heading out to jobs.

Facility Upkeep:

Perform weekly cleaning and organization of the showroom and warehouse to keep the environment clean and presentable.

Parts & Warranty Management:

Learn our product lines (fireplaces, hot tubs, saunas) to identify and order correct replacement parts. Process warranty claims with manufacturers and track replacement items.

Customer & Technical Support:

Assist customers in-person and over the phone. Work directly with clients and manufacturer tech support teams to diagnose unit issues and delegate repair tasks to service technicians. Qualifications & Desired Skills Strong willingness to learn complex product lines and technical specifications. Ability to lift heavy items and comfortably handle physical warehouse work. Solid communication skills for speaking with customers, contractors, and factory representatives. Basic computer skills for data entry, inventory tracking, and warranty documentation. Strong self-motivation and organizational skills in a fast-paced retail/service setting.
