Quickly growing organization is looking to add to its amazing team in the Beach Cities Area. Seeking 3 hands-on Warehouse Associates to keep the momentum going. The qualified candidate will have at least 2 years of experience operating in a warehouse environment with shipping, receiving, inventory; someone who enjoys variety, ownership, and being part of a fast-moving operations team will thrive here. The Warehouse Associate will support warehouse organization, domestic and international shipping, documentation, receiving containers, and field logistics support. If you do not have experience with all of these tasks, we are willing to train! We are prioritizing someone who is reliable, detail oriented, dependable, deadline driven, a TEAM player, who will help us get to the next level. This opportunity offers stability with an established organization that has been in business for more than 20 years and is currently experiencing growth following a recent acquisition. Candidates can expect a collaborative environment with supportive leadership, cross-functional teamwork, and the chance to make a direct impact on operational efficiency, quality control and the successful movement of products and materials. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records, organize warehouse and storage areas, complete cycle counts, coordinate shipping, receiving, packing lists, related logistics paperwork. Pull, package, stage, distribute, load, unload, and properly secure materials while following quality control and safety procedures. Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
• Prioritize changing operational needs in a fast-paced growth environment while maintaining accuracy, reliability, and strong communication.
• Utilize Excel
• Order entry
• Manufacturing or distribution a huge plus
• CRM experience.
