This role supports daily warehouse and production operations, ensuring efficiency through material handling, inventory management, and quality control. Perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow within the company.

Job Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently pick and prepare orders according to customer orders for outbound shipping
• Accurately count products and maintain inventory accuracy
• Manually handle, move, stock, and organize warehouse inventory
• Assist with daily shipping and warehouse operations
• Keep the warehouse and work area clean and organized
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
• Adhere to good warehouse practices and safety standards
• Stage completed pallets in the designated area
• Report any discrepancies to management

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse or order-picking experience preferred
• Ability to stay on your feet while working
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to work in the heat and the cold as temperatures vary in the warehouse by season
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull and/or move items averaging 50lbs and occasionally up to 75lbs.
• Clear thinking and able to understand and follow written, verbal and picking instructions
• Responsible, reliable, and hardworking
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
