Create Your Career with Volt! Volt is immediately hiring for a Warehouse Associate in Nipomo, CA. As a Warehouse Associate you will:

• Operate manual and electric pallet jacks to move, stage, and load/unload pallets safely and efficiently.
• Receive incoming shipments, verify packing lists, and inspect materials for damage.
• Accurately pick, pack, and stage outbound orders according to shipping schedules.
• Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts when qualified.
• Maintain organized inventory and keep warehouse areas clean, safe, and free of hazards.
• Perform basic inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and OSHA guidelines.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.

This is a Full-Time opportunity.

First Week of November Schedule:

Approximately 4:00 AM - 12:30

PM The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Proven experience operating manual and/or electric pallet jacks.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move materials up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and conditions.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience preferred.
• Forklift certification or prior forklift experience highly preferred.
• Familiarity with shipping documents, BOLs, and inventory systems is a plus.

Pay Rate:

$18.00 - $20.00

• Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
