Training will initially occur at either 3:30 am 5:00 am depending on the position in the mixing area. The current schedule consists of five shifts and approximately 35 to 45 hours per week, depending on customer demand. Current dates are Sunday-Friday. Specific days to be determined. These positions are full-time. Applicants must have at least 3 years experience in an industrial bakery performing ingredient/dough mixing. Current Qualifications Good English communication skills Ability to work in a cooperative and team-like manner Effective time management skills Willingness to work variable hours with some overtime flexibility Ability to lift 50-lbs in a safe manner Detail-oriented, Prompt and dependable Ability to work using proper body mechanics Good math and computer skills Ability to follow oral and written work instructions Self-motivated Working Conditions Standing 99% of the time with pushing, pulling and lifting movements Working in loud conditions necessitating the use of hearing protection Fast-paced job tasks Much reliance on co-workers Hot working temperatures
