As a Warehouse Lead, you'll coordinate and oversee daily production activities in packaging, filling, and assembly to ensure smooth operations and top-quality results. You'll work closely with the manufacturing team to achieve production goals and maintain high standards of safety and compliance. What You'll Do As a Warehouse Lead, you will be responsible for Coordinating daily packaging, filling, and assembly tasks to meet schedules and quality standards Ensuring all work complies with

GMP, ISO

13485, safety regulations, and company protocols Maintaining accurate and real-time documentation, including batch records and logbooks Supporting and conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with SOPs and documentation procedures Providing clear instructions, assigning tasks, and giving feedback to team members to foster efficiency and growth What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have An associate degree or equivalent experience, plus 3-4 years of team lead experience Minimum of 1-2 years GMP manufacturing experience, preferably in medical devices, diagnostics, or life sciences Prior leadership or team supervision experience Strong knowledge of packaging, filling, or assembly operations Proficiency with ERP systems (IQMS experience is a plus) Why Join Us in Redondo Beach?
