Full Job Description Warehouse & Fulfillment Associate Company:
Stanton, CA About Launx Launx is a growing e-commerce, product customization, laser engraving, and import business. We sell products through online marketplaces and direct-to-consumer channels while also creating customized and engraved products for businesses and other customers. We are looking for a dependable, organized, and hands-on Warehouse & Fulfillment Associate to support our day-to-day warehouse operations. This person will play an important role in receiving inventory, organizing products, preparing Amazon FBA shipments, fulfilling customer orders, and supporting our customization and engraving operations. Key Responsibilities Order Fulfillment & Shipping Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Ensure orders are packaged accurately, securely, and according to company standards. Prepare shipments for UPS, FedEx, USPS, Amazon, and other carriers as needed. Maintain shipping supplies and packaging materials. Help ensure orders are completed and shipped on schedule. Amazon FBA Preparation Prepare inventory for shipment to Amazon fulfillment centers. Apply product labels, FNSKU labels, carton labels, and other required labeling. Package, bundle, polybag, box, and prepare products according to Amazon FBA requirements. Verify quantities and shipment accuracy before inventory leaves the warehouse. Assist with loading and coordinating outbound FBA shipments. Receiving & Inventory Receive and organize incoming inventory from suppliers. Unload, inspect, count, and verify incoming products. Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect inventory. Stock products in designated warehouse locations. Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory. Help maintain an accurate and organized inventory system. Customization & Production Support Prepare products and materials for laser engraving and customization. Organize blank products, finished goods, packaging, and customer orders. Inspect finished products for basic quality and accuracy. Package customized and engraved products for shipment. Assist with basic production and finishing tasks as trained. General Warehouse Operations Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse. Keep inventory, shelving, workstations, and packaging materials organized. Break down boxes and dispose of packaging materials. Assist with loading, unloading, and moving inventory. Support warehouse projects and process improvements. Assist with other fulfillment, production, and warehouse needs as the business grows. Qualifications Reliable, punctual, and able to work 30-40 hours per week. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Organized and able to follow established processes. Comfortable performing hands-on work in a warehouse environment. Comfortable using computers, tablets, shipping software, and barcode scanners. Able to stand and move for extended periods. Able to regularly lift and move packages weighing up to approximately 40-50 lbs. Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, e-commerce, or Amazon FBA experience is helpful but not required. Experience with Amazon Seller Central or FBA preparation is a plus. Because Launx is a growing business, responsibilities may change as we grow. The right person will be flexible and willing to help across shipping, receiving, inventory, Amazon FBA preparation, packaging, and customization operations when needed. No prior experience with laser engraving is required. We are willing to train the right person on our processes and equipment.
