We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Amazon Shipment Processor to prepare inventory for shipment to Amazon fulfillment centers. This position combines computer-based work with hands-on warehouse responsibilities. The ideal candidate is comfortable using technology, working with inventory, packing pallets, and following detailed shipping procedures. Responsibilities Create and set up Amazon shipments in the company's shipping system Enter accurate item quantities, weights, dimensions, and shipment information Verify products and quantities before shipment Pack, organize, and secure products on pallets Weigh completed pallets and enter the information into the system Print and apply product, carton, and pallet labels Confirm that all labels are accurate and properly placed Prepare completed pallets for carrier pickup Maintain accurate shipment and inventory records Identify and report inventory discrepancies or labeling problems Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all company procedures and warehouse safety requirements Assist with other warehouse duties as needed Qualifications Comfortable working with computers and learning new software Strong attention to detail and data-entry accuracy Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Good organizational and basic math skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable, punctual, and able to complete work within deadlines Previous warehouse, shipping, inventory, or Amazon fulfillment experience is preferred but not required Forklift or pallet-jack experience is helpful but not required Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to bend, reach, lift, pack, and move merchandise throughout the workday Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds Ability to work safely around pallets and warehouse equipment Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will be comfortable moving between computer work and physical warehouse tasks. Accuracy is extremely important because incorrect quantities, weights, dimensions, or labels can delay shipments and create additional costs. We are looking for someone who works carefully, stays organized, and takes ownership of completing shipments correctly and on time.
