Our client, a leading diversified manufacturer of specialized industrial equipment and components, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the operations team supporting production by helping move raw materials and finished goods efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have a strong safety mindset, reliable attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly across shifts—skills that will align successfully in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

1st Shift (Mon-Fri, 7am - 3pm) or 3rd Shift (Mon-Fri, 11pm - 7am) What's the Job? Perform short-distance material handling of raw materials and finished goods to support production flow. Assist with labeling and palletizing products correctly for transfer to the next operation. Maintain accurate documentation to meet job requirements and support traceability. Monitor and support auxiliary equipment as needed, and perform minor maintenance tasks. Communicate machine or quality issues immediately to the supervisor and coordinate with prior/oncoming shifts to meet production requirements. What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior experience in manufacturing; experience working in plastic injection molding is a plus. Basic math skills and reasoning ability to support quality checks and documentation. Ability to stand/walk for a full manufacturing shift.
