Reporting to the Factory Supervisor, the role involves cleaning, minor repairs, groundskeeping, and supporting our team with manual labor tasks to ensure our property runs efficiently and safely Responsibilities include, but not limited to,:

Groundskeeping:

Maintain outdoor areas by mowing, trimming, sweeping, and clearing debris.

Cleaning & Janitorial:

Manage trash disposal and maintain facilities and machines.

Manual Labor:

Arrange products, parts, and supplies. Perform minor, routine maintenance on facilities, including painting, lubricating, and repairs. Assist in various labor tasks as needed. Enters production information into ERP system for tracking. Maintains safety in work area. Participates in safety /continuous improvement meetings as required.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license. Experience in general maintenance like mowing grass, painting, and cleaning. Ability to lift heavy objects (often 50+ lbs.), climb ladders, and stand/walk for extended periods. Ability to operate fork truck. Familiarity with basic hand and power tools (lawn mower, drills, saws, wrenches). Strong work ethic, punctual, and able to work independently. Must understand and follow all safety regulations and operating procedures. Must be able to successfully complete all pre-employment criteria.

This is a full-time shift position.
