Qualifications:

1 years previous experience in janitorial/grounds preferred Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment The job is physical in nature. Detail-oriented skills

Responsibilities:

Maintain grounds which includes picking up trash, sweeping, mopping and general cleaning. Exterior/ Interior touch up building maintenance. Cleaning, mopping and sanitizing of pool bathrooms and laundry rooms Clean breezeway lights and keep free of bugs and dust Replace any bulbs on exterior of buildings and grounds.
