Job Summary:

Under general supervision, receives, stores and issu e s materials , equipment and other items. Performs manual and clerical tasks involved in the distribution of supplies and materials .

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Delivers and transports supplies Determines proper storage methods, identification, and location based on turnover, environment factors , and physical capabilities of facilities Issues and/or sells supplies or merchandise M a rks items using identification tags, stamps, electric mark i ng tools, o r other lab e ling equipment Orders supplies to maintain stock Packs and unpacks items to be stocked in stockrooms and warehouses Receives and counts items, and records data manually or using a computer Stores items in a n orderly and accessible manner i n warehouses, tool rooms, su p ply room s , or other ar e as Verifies inventory by comparing to physical counts of stock

Entry Qualifications:

High school diploma/ G ED and one (1) year of e x perience in shipping a nd r e c e iving; or six ( 6 ) months of experience at the low e r level Supply/Wareh o u se Clerk 1 (FES010) or pos i tion equivalent.

Note:

Some positions require pos s es s ion of a valid driver's license.
