Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable General Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting manufacturing operations by performing a variety of tasks that ensure smooth production flow. Your energetic approach and attention to safety standards will help maintain a productive and safe work environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop hands-on skills in manufacturing while contributing to high-quality output. Duties Assist with and operate machines (steel roll-formers, trim folders, steel slitters, trim wrapper and forklifts) to manufacture steel panel and trim Assist with the setup, cleaning, and organization of work areas to promote efficiency and safety Perform heavy lifting and manual handling of materials, equipment, and supplies as needed Check finished products visually and physically for basic defects, damage or measurement issues Support manufacturing processes by loading, unloading, and moving raw materials or finished products Follow safety protocols at all times Conduct routine inspections of machinery and tools to ensure proper functioning and report any issues promptly Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work environment to adhere to safety standards in production Collaborate with team members to meet production goals Skills Ability to stand, bend, walk and perform repetitive motions for full shift, plus occasional heavy lifting safely and efficiently (up to 75 pounds) Attention to detail, ability to spot product flaws and follow order instructions Good communication skills for teamwork and following instructions accurately Physical stamina and agility to perform demanding tasks consistently Positive attitude and willingness to work hard Join us in a fast-paced environment where your effort makes a difference! Pay:

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
