Operations Position Summary ILC Resources is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team member to support both our Customer Service and Warehouse operations. This position will serve as backup support for our Customer Service Representative (CSR) while also working within the warehouse when customer service coverage is not needed. This role will provide variety throughout the day and is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and learning different areas of the operation. The right person will be organized, dependable, comfortable with computers, and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Schedule This position will have a flexible schedule depending on operational needs.

CSR coverage days:

6:45 AM

• 5:00 PM Warehouse support days: 7:00 AM
• 3:00 PM Occasional coverage of the late shift: 10:00 AM
• 6:00 PM The individual in this role will provide daily CSR lunch coverage from 12:00 PM
• 12:30 PM and will serve as backup coverage during vacations, sick days, and other absences.

Responsibilities Provide daily lunch coverage for the CSR position. Serve as backup support for the CSR during vacations, sick days, and other absences. Assist with customer communication, order entry, scheduling, and other administrative tasks. Work with customers, drivers, and internal teams to help answer questions and resolve issues. Perform warehouse duties when CSR support is not needed. Assist with loading, inventory, housekeeping, and general warehouse operations. Learn additional areas of the operation and provide support where needed. Troubleshoot problems and help find solutions to daily challenges. Follow all company safety and quality procedures.

39 Qualifications Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software systems. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage changing priorities. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly. Preferred Experience Customer service experience. Warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics experience. Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, or similar computer programs.
