Weekly Pay Direct deposit & debit card payment options Health, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance Overtime available Training provided Why You'll Love This Job Get paid weekly with reliable hours and shift options Build in-demand warehouse skills (forklift, RF scanning, inventory control) Overtime opportunities for extra earnings Work with a safety-focused team in a fast-moving environment Duties & Responsibilities Operate a forklift and/or hand truck to move product safely and efficiently Use RF scanners to track inventory and maintain accuracy Pick, wrap, stage, and prepare orders for shipment Move materials to workstations, pick-up locations, and staging areas Perform cycle counts and help maintain accurate inventory records Inspect and complete basic maintenance checks on forklifts/material handling equipment Consolidate partial pallets and organize incoming goods Follow quality standards, customer service expectations, and warehouse procedures Identify and report safety hazards; follow OSHA and site safety rules Qualifications & Requirements Required Must be authorized to work in the United States Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen Able to pass a background check Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted Comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled Safety-first mindset; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Preferred Prior warehouse experience Forklift license/certification (or forklift experience) Familiarity with material-handling equipment and RF scanning Basic math skills and inventory accuracy experience Strong understanding of OSHA and safe warehouse practices About our Client's Company This organization supports a high-volume distribution operation focused on accuracy, speed, and safety.
