POSITION SUMMARY

We are a small, fast-paced agricultural seed company seeking a reliable and hardworking Production & Warehouse Associate to join our team. This hands-on position involves a variety of duties related to seed cleaning, packaging, inventory management, and general warehouse operations and deliveries. You'll play a vital role in helping getting high-quality seed to our customers efficiently and accurately.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate seed cleaning and conditioning equipment (training provided)
• Mix and package seed into bags, boxes, or totes according to work orders
• Accurately label and stack products for storage or shipment
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts or pallet jacks
• Assist with receiving and storing inbound raw seed and materials
• Fill customer orders and work orders efficiently and accurately
• Assist with delivering orders
• Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies
• Maintain clean and organized warehouse and production areas
• Follow company safety protocols and procedures at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Must have a valid drivers license
• Previous warehouse, production or ag-related experience a plus
• Ability to lift 60 lbs. repeatedly and work in a physically active role
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Forklift experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and reliability

WORK ENVIRONMENT
