Job Overview Our staffing agency is hiring dependable and hardworking Warehouse Stackers for our client, in Broadview, Illinois. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, can maintain a steady pace in a warehouse environment, and take pride in accuracy, organization, and teamwork. The Warehouse Stacker will be responsible for stacking, organizing, and preparing products for storage and shipment while following workplace safety and product-handling procedures. No two days need to be the same, and we are looking for reliable team players who are ready to work! Job Responsibilities Stack and arrange products securely on pallets according to company guidelines. Build stable, properly organized pallets for storage and shipment. Move, organize, and stage products in designated warehouse areas. Assist with loading and unloading products as needed. Inspect products and packaging for visible damage. Maintain an organized and clean work area. Follow all warehouse safety procedures and food-handling requirements. Meet daily production and productivity goals while maintaining quality. Work with warehouse team members and supervisors to complete daily assignments. Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous warehouse, stacking, palletizing, packaging, or general labor experience is preferred. Ability to perform physical work, including standing, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift. Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse or food distribution environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining good attendance. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must follow safety procedures and maintain a productive work pace.
