Warehouse Specialist Revolution Global - 2.2 Delavan, IL Job Details Full-time $18 - $22 an hour 3 days ago Qualifications Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Full Job Description The Warehouse Specialist position will require creating your own daily schedule based on request & demand from the facility, and this will require daily communication with each department manager including: Cultivation, Facility Maintenance, Food Manufacturing, Harvest, Inventory & Compliance, IPM, Laboratory, Label & Packaging, Office, Trim, and Security. This position requires fast paced independent thinking and safety must be top priority due to the heavy equipment operations. This position will also be trained and required to perform C365 transactions to track all physical movement(s).
Essential Functions:
Perform scheduled counts and audits to ensure facility accuracy and state compliance as directed by the Shipping & Receiving Coordinator. Inspect all inbound loads for accuracy and possible damage from transport. Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries or product as needed.
Operate heavy equipment:
Forklift, and WAVs. Assisting during full facility audits (quarterly / yearly). Assist in other departments as demand requires All other duties as assigned
Non-essential Functions:

Assist in alternate departments when demand requires.
Minimum Education and Experience:
Microsoft Office applications experience is preferred - Word & Excel. Cannabis365 experience is highly preferred. Forklift & skidsteer experience is a highly preferred. Required or Preferred Skills, Abilities, Licensures and Certifications:
Must be able to obtain, and maintain, state badging requirements in order to work in in cannabis industry (requires background check and state review) Ability to quickly change duties due to demand. Ability to communicate effectively across all levels within the organization. Ability to be an independent thinker and able to prioritize own tasks. Ability to travel as necessary. Ability to multi-task and count large quantities.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25lbs to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance Must be able to work seated/standing as appropriate at workstations for extended periods of time, maintain body equilibrium while climbing ladders, stairways, stopping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching, and use hands/fingers to hold, grasp, turn, pick, pinch frequently/constantly to complete tasks Must be able to handle organic matter daily, able to wear PPE as appropriate (eye, face, hand, arm, head, foot, body, fall protection), and able to be exposed to hot, cold, wet, humid, or windy conditions while wearing PPE (95 degrees or greater) Must have visual acuity with/without job aids to perform activities such as; reading, viewing a computer terminal, visual inspection involving small parts/details. Clarity of vision at 20 ft or more in day and night/dark conditions Must be able to speak and communicate verbally at conversation levels with co-workers, vendors, etc. (Moderate noise)
Work Schedule:
40+ hours weekly with flexible hours depending on department needs. Must be available to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays
Note:
A qualifying applicant must successfully complete a 90 day introductory period.
