As a Part-Time Production & Assembly Associate, you get to pick when you work and build a schedule that fits your life! You'll be a key player on a fast-paced team, working right at the heart of the action to assemble, wrap, and pack top-quality products on your own time. Working in a dynamic, multi-shift production environment, you will collaborate closely with line leads and supervisors to keep production moving smoothly. Key Responsibilities Assemble, wrap, and pack top-quality products according to specifications across daily production lines. Champion safety and quality by maintaining a sharp eye for defects or safety hazards and reporting issues immediately to leadership. Stay active on the production floor throughout your shift, taking on diverse hands-on tasks as production needs adapt. Collaborate with Group Leads and Production Supervisors, following instructions clearly to ensure seamless line operations. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation in compliance with facility guidelines.

Qualifications Basic Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Physical & Technical Requirements:

Ability to stand for the full duration of a shift, walk, stoop, crouch, and navigate multi-level areas with stairs. Ability to regularly lift up to 15 lbs (boxes, rolls of film, carton bales) and occasionally maneuver up to 25 lbs using hoists, pallet jacks, or carts. Comfort working in a dynamic environment that may be noisy, wet/humid, or range in temperature from refrigerated to warm.

Preferred Qualifications:

1-3 months of related experience or training in production, assembly, or packing is preferred, but entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic are welcome to apply. Strong communication skills with the ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team setting. Safety-first mindset with dedicated attention to detail and quality standard guidelines.
