Must be 18+ with clean driving record, background check required for hire. Responsibilities Safely operate various vehicles including personal vehicle, company car, truck and trailer for delivery purposes, adhering strictly to DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and traffic laws. Load and unload goods using manual handling techniques to ensure safe lifting practices and prevent injuries. Execute timely delivery routes, managing route driving efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Assist with warehouse operations by moving inventory, organizing stock, and maintaining accurate inventory records. Use mobile devices for route navigation, delivery documentation, and communication with team. Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately, including verifying shipment contents and obtaining necessary signatures or proof of delivery. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse environment to promote a safe working space for all team members. Skills Proven experience in delivery driving, courier services, or warehouse operations with a focus on safe heavy lifting and manual handling. Strong knowledge of safe lifting practices, weight handling in the workplace, and proper use of material handling equipment such as pallet jacks. Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record; ability to adhere to traffic regulations consistently. Customer service-oriented mindset with effective communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members. Ability to operate mobile devices for navigation, delivery updates, and documentation purposes efficiently. Physical stamina for moving loads, loading/unloading cargo, and performing manual tasks throughout the shift. Class A CDL preferred but not required at this time for hiring.
