PM Full Time- Overtime Job Overview:

We are seeking dependable Production Associates to join a growing team in the Morris area. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and take pride in producing quality work. Candidates should be reliable, safety-conscious, and willing to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate production equipment safely and efficiently Assemble, package, and inspect products according to specifications Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures Perform quality checks on finished products Assist with material handling and moving products throughout the facility Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

Qualifications & Requirements:

Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed Strong attention to detail and quality Reliable attendance and punctuality
