Job Description
The Warehouse Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily warehousing activities. This includes receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products within the warehouse.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Proven work experience as a warehouse specialist or a similar role. Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment. Proficient in inventory management software. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process warehouse stock products. Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits. Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization. Complete diary logs into inventory. Report any discrepancies.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in forklift operation.
