VIP Distributors, Inc, is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our large Appliance & Furniture Warehouse. Our ideal candidate will be someone with a strong track record of employment and dependability, attention to detail, great organizational and problem-solving skills, who knows how to drive a forklift and has proficiency in inventory software and systems. This job will involve lifting, moving and standing for periods of time so it will require good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy items. Candidates should be outgoing and have a positive demeanor as well as being able to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively. This is a full-time 40-hour week position, and you must be able to work Monday through Saturday from 9:00 to 6:00. Saturdays are worked on rotation. The position is available immediately.

Responsibilities:

• Pull, prepare and complete orders for transfers, pickups and/or deliveries.
• Loading merchandise for customers and making sure proper paperwork is signed. This will sometime involve heavy lifting.
• Unload, receive and process warehouse stock products (unload, label, scan and place in stock)
• Responsible for making sure that the correct products or pulled and scanned for the correct delivery trucks and/or service department using Inventory Software
• Update and Maintain Calendar for Schedule for delivery
• Perform stock check for Sales
• Assist as needed with the Service Department on local installs of appliances
• Ability to drive a forklift to pull merchandise for pickup and/or deliveries and receiving merchandise from vendors.
• Assist in keeping a clean and safe working environment
• Other assigned duties as directed by management Good computer skills, written and verbal communication skills and being highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities are essential.

Having problem solving skills, attention to detail and adapting to multiple and varies responsibilities is a plus.
