This is a hands-on position in a busy boat trailer manufacturing shop. The ideal candidate is motivated, willing to learn, and takes pride in doing quality work. Responsibilities Sandblasting trailer components and parts Painting and preparing parts for finishing Assisting with the assembly of boat trailers - tires, wheels, hydraulics, electrical components Helping welders and mechanics as needed Moving and organizing materials and parts Keeping the shop, work areas, and equipment clean and organized Following safety procedures and maintaining a clean, safe work environment Performing other general shop duties as needed Qualifications Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic Able to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment Willingness to learn new skills Mechanical skills and experience are a plus Previous experience with sandblasting, painting, welding, or mechanical work is a plus, but not required What we're looking for We're looking for someone who shows up, works hard, pays attention to detail, and wants to learn .
