The Role As a Pack & Ship Associate , you'll be a key part of getting our granola into customers' hands—accurately, efficiently, and beautifully packed. This is a hands-on, physical role in a production environment and it's a great fit for someone who enjoys staying active, working with a team, and taking pride in doing precise work. What You'll Do Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment . Build boxes, pack product safely, and organize outgoing shipments.

Check accuracy:

counts, labels, lot codes, and order contents. Keep your station clean and organized (according to food safety standards). Support light warehouse tasks like receiving, stocking, and inventory organization. Work in small teams to hit daily shipping goals while maintaining quality. Physical Requirements (Must Be Able To) Lift up to 50 lbs Stand, bend, twist, and move for most of the shift Work at a steady pace in a warehouse/production setting Experience Pack & ship / warehouse experience is a plus, but not required We will train the right person with a positive vibration. Food handling experience a plus, but not required.

• Bi-weekly Pay starting at $19-21/hour with room to grow within the company.
