Live events are not a typical 9-to-5 environment. Some days you're organizing gear in the warehouse. Other days you're backstage minutes before showtime helping bring a ballroom to life. What You'll Do Organize equipment for upcoming events using pull sheets Assist in the warehouse with loading and unloading equipment Deliver equipment to and from event locations using a 26' box truck Assist with setup and teardown of staging, audio, video, and lighting systems Operate AV equipment during live events Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Represent All Access Events with professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude What We're Looking For Able to lift 50 lbs Prior AV, production, stagehand, or technical experience preferred Comfortable driving a box truck when needed DOT physical required after hire Ability to stay calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines Must be available Fridays Who Thrives Here This role is ideal for someone who: Likes building things and seeing the finished result Can think on their feet when plans change Shows up on time—every time Understands that details matter Doesn't say "that's not my job" Takes pride in being the person others can rely on Fair warning: This industry can be physically demanding.
