Our client, an industry leader in furniture manufacturing and assembly, is seeking a General Laborer to join their team. As a General Laborer, you will be part of the production department supporting assembly and manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

6 am - 4:30 pm What's the Job?

Multiple departments available including:

Assembly line Assemble Decking, platform or furniture installation Assemble furniture and related products according to specifications Use hand tools, power tools, air tools, staplers, drills, saws, grinders, rivet guns, sanders, and other equipment Powder coating prepare parts for coating operate all coating equipment including guns, hoppers and booth collection systems determine paint flow, viscosity and coating quality 1-3 years minimum experience and/or training Glue Booth Use various hand tools and glue gun to glue foam components to furniture core pieces cross-trains throughout various departments Read job travelers and engineered drawings to ensure accuracy Maintain a clean and safe work environment What's Needed? High School Diploma or

GED REQUIRED

Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Ability to read measurements and technical drawings Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and work overtime as needed What's in it for me?
