12-Hour Rotating Shifts | 36-48 Hours Per Week Job Overview We are seeking dependable, hardworking Production Associates to join our manufacturing team! Schedule & Hours 12-hour rotating shifts Alternating 36-hour and 48-hour workweeks Overtime may be required based on production needs Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential Key Responsibilities Handle, move, and package glass products of various sizes, shapes, and weights. Assist with production, packing, and shipping operations. Safely lift and carry glass products weighing up to 80 lbs. Operate production equipment and tools, including pneumatic nail guns and banding equipment. Learn to operate forklifts and overhead cranes with proper training. Read tape measures and perform basic mathematical calculations to ensure accurate product measurements. Monitor equipment, record production information, and follow work instructions. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sweeping, shoveling, and removing glass debris. Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Assist in different production areas as needed to support daily operations. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production and quality goals. Qualifications & Requirements Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial experience preferred. Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a physically demanding environment. Ability to lift and carry up to 80 lbs. safely. Basic math skills and ability to accurately read a tape measure. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety. Willingness to learn new equipment and rotate between work areas. Dependable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Physical Requirements This is an active manufacturing position that requires: Standing and walking on concrete floors for up to 12 hours. Frequent bending, reaching, squatting, twisting, and pivoting. Repetitively lifting and moving materials weighing 20-40 lbs. Handling glass products weighing up to 80 lbs. Climbing stairs and ladders as needed. Repetitive use of industrial tools and equipment. Wearing required PPE, including safety glasses and safety shoes.
