The General Labor / Coating Operators will be assisting Furnace Operators, prep parts for furnace, racking parts to be loaded into furnaces or shot blasting or vapor blasting machines. This company is looking for people that want an opportunity to begin a career in a shop environment. The company does heat treat of automotive and aerospace parts. The parts range from 2-3lbs up to 50 lbs, and you must be able to comfortably lift and move bulky items. Qualified individuals will have stable work history, 1+ year of experience in manufacturing or production environment, and a serious desire to find a long-term fit.
