Full-Time | Overtime and Occasional Saturdays Required Job Overview We are currently seeking dependable and hardworking General Labor / Production Associates to join a growing manufacturing facility in Harrison Township, MI. This is a hands-on position ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in multiple departments as needed. Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred. Job Responsibilities Perform general labor, production, and assembly duties. Operate basic hand and power tools, including drills and rivet guns. Assemble metal components according to production specifications. Inspect finished products for missing welds, components, and other quality defects. Assist in different departments based on daily production needs. Follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Handle and move materials as needed to support production. Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards. Perform occasional outdoor work as required. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Qualifications & Requirements Basic knowledge of hand and power tools required. Previous manufacturing, assembly, or general labor experience preferred. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team. Willingness to cross-train and assist in multiple departments. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical labor. Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Flexibility to work overtime on short notice. Availability to work occasional Saturdays.
