Job Description
General Labor General Labor position available in Hudson. This role involves supporting the production process through a variety of duties, including manufacturing, packaging, and shipping products to ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time. General Labor Details:
Temp-to-Hire position $16.00 to $18.00 /hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 04:30pm) Perform manufacturing operations on the production floor and other various tasks including machine operations, tabbing of parts. shipping and fulfillment, and following proper procedures and processes. Operate equipment including, but not limited to CNC Band Saws, CNC Press Brakes, and power hand tools. Ensure orders are filled and tagged accurately to the appropriate specifications and shipped without damage in a timely manner. Ensure production paperwork is documented and completed accurately. Work with team leaders and management to improve quality and process efficiency. Visually inspect product, identify defects/rejects, and escalate issues as required Participate in quality control inspections as needed. Follow all safety guidelines, practices, and procedures, report any unsafe behavior or situation. Maintain a clean and safe work environment Additional duties as assigned
General Labor Qualifications:
Experience in production/manufacturing industry is preferred Steel toes are required. Able to lift and carry 70 pounds unassisted. Prolonged standing required.
