We are seeking a dependable General Laborer/Blender to join our production team in Milan, MI. The primary responsibility of this position is to set up, blend, and package dry chemical powders while maintaining equipment and ensuring a safe, clean work environment.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 6AM-2:30PM with some OT available

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare daily mixes according to specifications (weigh and dump ingredients) Package materials into bags, jumbo sacks, vessels, or bulk tankers Operate blending and control panel equipment safely and efficiently Complete required production paperwork accurately and on time Take product samples for quality control testing Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Handle hazardous materials in accordance with safety procedures Assist maintenance department and other teams as needed Train new employees as assigned Perform other duties as directed by the

Plant Manager or Operations Director Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required Prior experience in manufacturing or chemical production preferred Ability to work safely with PPE, including gloves and eye protection Strong teamwork and communication skills Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow written instructions

Pay:

From $20.00 per hour
