Job Description

We're seeking a capable Warehouse Associate who is hard-working, enjoys being part of a team, and wants to make a difference. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation. Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately Organize stock and maintain inventory accuracy Receive, unload, and properly place incoming inventory Inspect products for defects and damage Support light manufacturing and assembly tasks as needed Perform general site upkeep Qualifications & Skills Strong attention to detail Curiosity for how things work Team-oriented with solid organizational skills High energy level and a positive attitude Basic computer familiarity Physical Demands & Work Environment Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Ability to lift, move, and handle packages and materials as required for shipping/receiving Ability to work safely in a warehouse environment; comfortable following standard safety procedures
