Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Machine Operator/Material Handler and become a vital part of our production process! Responsibilities Operate and monitor various machinery including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, stamping presses, press brake machines, and flexo presses to produce high-quality components. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and production documents accurately to ensure precise fabrication and assembly. Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to verify dimensional accuracy and adherence to specifications. Handle materials safely using forklifts and other warehouse equipment, ensuring proper storage, movement, and packaging of finished products. Troubleshoot industrial equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain continuous production flow. Maintain a clean and organized work environment by following safety standards in production and adhering to shop math principles for accurate measurements. Assist in assembly processes when required, utilizing hand tools and fabrication techniques to meet quality standards. Skills Proficiency with Fanuc controls, CNC programming, CAM programming, and interpreting GDT (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) drawings. Experience operating shop equipment such as stamping presses, CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, press brake machines, and fabrication tools. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment effectively. Skilled in blueprint reading, technical drawing interpretation, and understanding manufacturing documentation. Familiarity with warehouse operations including materials handling with forklifts and packaging procedures. Knowledge of safety standards in manufacturing environments along with the use of precision measuring instruments like micrometers and calipers. Ability to perform basic math calculations related to machining tolerances and fabrication specifications. Pay:
$16.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
