Starting at $16.50 per hour, negotiable based on performance after training Discount Twins is a growing liquidation and e-commerce business based in Springfield, Michigan. We purchase truckloads and pallets of merchandise, process and organize inventory, and sell a wide variety of products through online marketplaces, live-stream shopping channels, and local sales. Our team handles everything from receiving inventory to preparing orders and getting products into customers' hands. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Worker / Order Packager to join our team. This is a hands-on position that involves more than just packing orders. You will help with daily warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, inventory processing, and supporting our live-stream sales. We are looking for someone who is organized, works efficiently, and is willing to jump in wherever help is needed. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Verify products and quantities to ensure order accuracy. Package merchandise securely to prevent damage during shipping. Sort, organize, and process incoming inventory. Assist with unloading, processing, and organizing pallets of merchandise. Help prepare products and inventory for live-stream sales. Assist with live-stream operations, including organizing merchandise, pulling products, and supporting the streaming team as needed. Maintain accurate inventory and assist with product organization and labeling. Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized. Follow established processes and meet daily productivity expectations. Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed. Qualifications Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent attendance. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently. Comfortable performing physical warehouse work, including standing, bending, and lifting. Able to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills and the ability to learn order fulfillment software. Willingness to learn different aspects of warehouse and live-stream operations. Previous warehouse, shipping, or order fulfillment experience is preferred but not required. Schedule & Compensation This is a full-time, on-site position at our warehouse in Springfield, Michigan. Shifts are available Monday through Saturday. Starting pay is $16.50 per hour, with compensation negotiable based on performance after training.
