Cardinal Staffing is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Assembly & Warehouse Technician to support mechanical assembly, quality inspection, inventory management, and shipping preparation in Tecumseh, MI! Position is 1st shift (730am

• 4pm, Monday
• Friday) starting at $19 Key Responsibilities
• Assemble mechanical components using work instructions, drawings, and hand/power tools.
• Receive, inspect, organize, and stage warehouse inventory.
• Perform quality checks and report defects or discrepancies.
• Package and prepare finished products for storage or shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED.
• Manufacturing, assembly, production, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written instructions and technical drawings.
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift approximately 30-50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation. Benefits
