Monday - Thursday | 1:30 PM - 12:00 AM 4-day work week Pay $21.00 - $25.00 per hour , based on experience Background / Drug Screen No Background Check Listed Drug Screen Required (THC Excluded) We are hiring General Laborers / Production Associates for hands-on manufacturing and concrete production work. This is a broad production opportunity for candidates with previous general labor, warehouse, construction, manufacturing, landscaping, assembly, or other physically active work experience. Candidates who are dependable, comfortable using basic tools, and willing to learn different production areas are encouraged to apply. Candidates with experience as a General Laborer, Production Associate, Manufacturing Associate, Production Worker, Construction Laborer, Warehouse Associate, Material Handler, Assembly Worker, Concrete Laborer, Machine Operator, or Manufacturing Laborer are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Perform general labor and production duties Cross-train in multiple areas of concrete production Assist with concrete spraying, mixing, and kitting operations Prepare and clean molds for production Stage rebar, tabs, and other production materials Roll and position sprayed concrete panels Perform cleanup after production runs Assist with basic production equipment maintenance Prepare finished products for shipping Build and modify pallets based on product requirements Use saws, drills, staplers, and other basic tools Operate heat-shrink equipment Load finished products onto semi-trailers for shipment Move and stage materials throughout production areas Maintain clean and organized work areas Follow established work instructions and safety procedures Requirements Previous general labor or other hands-on work experience Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required Construction, warehouse, landscaping, production, assembly, or similar experience is welcome Comfortable performing physical, hands-on work Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds Ability to use or learn basic hand and power tools Willingness to cross-train in different production areas Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures Comfortable working around concrete production processes Ability to work effectively as part of a team Dependable attendance and punctuality Basic computer skills are helpful If you have experience in general labor, construction, manufacturing, production, warehouse work, landscaping, material handling, assembly, concrete work, or other hands-on jobs , we encourage you to apply. - Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
