What You'll Do as a

General Laborer:

Rotate between Egg Setting, Chick Processing, Chick Transfer, and Sanitation departmentsHandle and process day-old chicks while following animal welfare and safety guidelinesApply vaccines and assist with chick sorting and gender identificationClean and sanitize equipment, production lines, trays, and hatchery work areasFollow strict biosecurity and contamination prevention proceduresCommunicate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and customer orders What You Need to Bring to the

General Laborer Role:
