We do it in a genuine way because we genuinely believe we're a pretty amazing company. What We Are Looking For We're now hiring for a Day Shift Material Handler to be responsible for defining responsibilities and provide instructions for tasks performed by material handlers in the warehouse.
Essential Duties:
Keep finished products organized and located properly in warehouses. Perform accurate and timely shipping, receiving, and movements of products. Rotate ingredients and packaging in their proper locations after receiving. Proper and accurate loading and unloading of trucks. Drive the shuttle truck to deliver and pickup product and supplies as necessary. Reconcile inventory discrepancies as discovered. Forklift, shuttle truck operation and being certified and licensed to drive such vehicles. Operate the shrink wrapper, box crusher, etc. as necessary. Perform physical and cycle counts of inventory as necessary. Backup or substitute inventory control positions when necessary. Identify opportunities for efficiency and productivity gains. Place raw materials, packaging, and finished goods on hold and release as necessary. Report any safety issues, unsafe conditions and accidents immediately.
Job Qualifications:
General math skills Self-motivation Learning and memorizing a sequence of procedures Willing to work well with others Good judgment and reasoning abilities Ability to drive forklift and pass certification exam Average computer skills Lifting up to 50lbs
