Working with many different manufacturers, Dynamic Gaming Solutions offers a wide variety of products to its clients while upholding an unmatched level of service. The Warehouse / Game Prep Technician will prepare electronic gaming machines before installation dates, receive and refurbish slot machines and parts, keep the warehouse clean and organized, and drive our 26' box truck for projects as needed. From installing printers and bill validators to completely refurbishing electronic gaming machines, you will be a team member accountable for ensuring successful installations from the beginning. An ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organization, cleanliness, high initiative, leadership, and good technical aptitude. On-the-job training is available. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent, required 3+ years of electronic gaming machine experience preferred Must submit, pass, and maintain a Department of Transportation physical examination and drug testing, required Must pass extensive licensing background investigations and maintain proper clearances to work on assigned casino floors. Bench tech experience is a plus. Familiarity with electrical work, ideal but not necessary Shows high levels of organization and cleanliness Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule, including Monday through Friday and occasional weekends when required. A supervisor will prepare a work schedule for techs in advance. Please understand we will have occasions when installations and emergencies require additional hours beyond the standard work hours. Job Responsibilities Prepare electronic gaming machines before installation, including but not limited to installing button decks, toppers, artwork, printers, bill validators, CPUs, and other items necessary to ensure machine readiness. Maintain and organize incoming slot machines and parts, as well as a large rotating parts inventory Maintain a clean and organized workspace Troubleshoot potential electronic gaming machine issues before distribution Ability to participate in frequent heavy lifting, including loading and unloading electronic gaming machines and their ancillary parts Comfortability driving a non-CDL 26 ft. box truck to and from projects that occasionally require overnight stays Creating mockups of upcoming set-ups for bank configurations, sign packages, and other displays as needed This position is not limited to those duties listed in the job description. Duties and responsibilities can be changed, expanded, reduced, or deleted to meet the company's business needs. Any offer of employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen, a review of your background investigation, and, if applicable, the approval of any necessary tribal gaming license granted by their respective gaming commission.
