Full-Time Job Description PROMAN Staffing is now hiring an experienced Welder | General Laborer in Fredericktown, MO. This position is with a company that manufactures custom horse stalls and related products. We are looking for a dependable, hard-working individual with strong welding experience who is comfortable working in a hands-on shop and fabrication environment. Candidates MUST have experience with MIG, TIG, and Stick welding to be considered. Job Duties Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding Weld and fabricate components for custom horse stalls and related products Assist with fitting, fabrication, and assembly Accurately read and use a tape measure Load, unload, and move materials throughout the shop Safely operate hand and shop tools Perform general labor duties as needed Inspect completed work for quality Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all safety and production procedures Requirements MIG, TIG, and Stick welding experience is

REQUIRED

Must be at least 18 years old Must be able to pass a drug screening Must have reliable transportation to Fredericktown, MO Must have dependable attendance with no planned absences within the first 90 days Must be available to work Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM Must be available for mandatory overtime on Fridays when required Must be able to accurately read a tape measure Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
