Warehouse Associate - FULL TIME (40 hrs/week)

Every Saturday We are seeking a dependable, long‑term team member who wants to grow with our company. This position focuses on warehouse responsibilities (but could grow into a position that blends customer-facing retail sales and warehouse responsibilities - offering variety and skill development). Experience with livestock or agriculture is beneficial but not required. Position Overview This hourly role includes work the warehouse . Repetitive lifting of up to 60 lbs is required. Forklift operation is part of the job; prior experience is required. A standard work week is 40 hours , with an occasional 5th day requested during peak seasons. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and services Load purchased products into customer vehicles Cross-sell and recommend solutions based on customer needs Keep shelves stocked and maintain store organization Coordinate with the retail team during peak hours Inform customers about promotions and special offers Share customer feedback with the Store Manager Stay current on new products and services Qualifications Understanding of retail sales processes and customer behavior Excellent communication skills and ability to build trusting relationships Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures High school diploma or equivalent Forklift experience Ability to lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.

Pay:

$17.50 per hour
