We are seeking dependable and safety-focused General Laborers to support daily manufacturing and production operations. Team members will assist with material handling, production support, housekeeping, and other duties to ensure efficient plant operations. Essential Responsibilities Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility. Assist machine operators and production team members as needed. Perform quality inspections and report defects or safety concerns. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements. Operate basic tools and equipment safely. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory activities when required. Complete other general labor duties as assigned by supervisors. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred but not required. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Strong attendance record and reliability. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
